Josef Bican was an Austrian-Czech professional football player who played as a striker. He is the all-time highest scorer in European top-flight leagues, according to UEFA, the organization that governs European football, with 518 goals (447 in Czechoslovakia and 71 in Austria), just ahead of Hungarian Ferenc Puskás. As the greatest goal scorer of the 20th century, Bican received the "Golden Ball" from the IFFHS in 2000.  Romário is a Brazilian former professional footballer who is known for his clinical finishing.
